Where is my data stored in TransportManager?

All data is stored on certified EU infrastructure. Your transport orders, driver records, and financial data never leave the European Union.

Is TransportManager fully GDPR compliant?

Yes. GDPR compliance was built into TransportManager from day one — not retrofitted. This includes EU data residency, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, certified cookie consent management, and support for the right to erasure.

Can I get a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Contact our support team and we will provide the DPA for your records.

Does TransportManager share data with third parties?

Data is processed only by EU-based sub-processors for database storage and AI document processing. All sub-processors operate exclusively within the European Union. PDFs are not retained after extraction.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can request full deletion of your organisation's data at any time, including during or after cancellation. All associated personal data — driver records, client data, order history — is permanently removed in compliance with GDPR's right to erasure.

Is driver location data stored?

GPS coordinates are shared by the driver app while a mission is active and displayed to dispatchers in real time. Location data is not retained after the mission is completed.

Role-Based Access Control

Dispatchers, drivers, and administrators each have precisely scoped access. Drivers see only their own orders. Financial data is restricted to administrators. No accidental data exposure.

AI Processing within the EU

AI order processing runs exclusively on EU-based infrastructure. Your PDFs are processed within the European Union and are not retained after extraction.

Right to Erasure Support

When you need to delete a client, driver, or organisation from the system, all associated personal data is permanently removed. We support your GDPR obligations as a data controller.
